Our return policy allows you to return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately honey cannot be returned.

If for any reason you have concerns with your purchase please contact our customer service team with your order details and we will be happy to assist you with your order.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order details and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you live within Prattville, Millbrook or Chelsea we can deliver your honey order right to your door.

Deliveries are completed on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings.
