Our return policy allows you to return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately honey cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order details and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you live within Prattville, Millbrook or Chelsea we can deliver your honey order right to your door.
Deliveries are completed on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings.
